Dongying, China-based CNPV Solar Power SA, an integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products has entered into a long-term strategic partnership sales agreement with Volthaus GmbH, a south-German photovoltaic company specializing in rooftop and ground-based power plants.
Under the terms of this agreement, CNPV will supply Volthaus Ltd. with a total of 35MWp of PV Modules from 2010 to 2012, of which 10MWp is scheduled for delivery during 2010. The remaining 10MWp and 15MWp are scheduled for delivery in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
According to a joint statement from Zhang Shunfu, CNPV's CEO and B. Veerraju Chaudary, the company's COO, CTO and board member,this new contract will significantly help to CNPV to grow new projects in markets such as Germany, the Czech Republic and Turkey.
