U.S.-listed company incubator, Intermost Corporation, is in the process of acquiring APT Paper Product Company, an environmental paper products companies in China.
APT, which is based in Shenzhen, has over 19 years history in the industry in China. As an OEM, APT manufactures honeycomb packaging materials for LED and plasma products for many big companies and clients with expensive and fragile products, including Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam's Club, Sony, Nokia, DHL, Haier, Hisense and other well-known companies.
Intermost states that it regards the honeycomb paper products packing industry has a huge market with big potential and wide prospects, and considers that with APT's industry know-how, experience and the use of advanced machinery from the Netherlands, APT can be groomed into a market leader in honeycomb packing products.
