Shanghai based industrial gas provider Praxair China has signed a contract with Hebei Baiqi Pharmaceutical Company to supply nitrogen for its pharmaceutical production requirements.
Baiqi will use the nitrogen for blanketing and inerting its production process which will result in increased drying efficiency as well as improved functionality and safety performance of the reactor.
David Chow, president of Praxair China, commented that this is an important contract in Praxair's relationship with Hebei Baiqi Pharmaceutical and demonstrates their technical capability to support energy saving in the pharmaceutical industry.
