Fertilizer King Corporation Limited, a new joint-venture company formed by investment company All Asia Licensing Inc. and Beijing Xinxinshengda Biology Engineering Technology Company, has been incorporated in Hong Kong.
Fertilizer King Corporation's management team and board of directors will be comprised of members from both AASI and BBET's existing team with Anthony Lee taking on the role of CEO and president while Dr. Ma Lintao will assume the role of chairman of the board of directors and chief scientific officer.
Nine patents previously held by BBET have been assigned to Fertilizer King Corporation and plans to form a wholly owned subsidiary named Fertilizer King China with headquarters in Beijing are currently underway and are expected to be completed shortly.
Fertilizer King Corporation specializes in the development and application of microbial fertilizers, inoculums and agricultural technologies. Their premium microbial fertilizer was developed by Dr. Ma Lintao while conducting research in the Chinese space program. Fertilizer King Corporation currently holds two official production licenses awarded by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture.
