The Unisys Global Services Center in Shanghai been awarded the Capability Maturity Model Integration level 3 rating for its process improvement procedures.
This follows the center's attainment of four other industry certifications: ISO/IEC 20000 for the delivery of managed services, ISO/IEC 27001 for its information security systems, SAS No. 70 for its auditing standards, and ISO 9001 for its quality systems.
Dr. David J. Blanton, vice president and general manager, Global Sourcing, Unisys said that achieving all five important industry certifications was a distinct achievement by their Shanghai team. He added that this demonstrates UGSC's dedication to producing the best possible products and services for their clients and is indicative of the professionalism and dedication of the Unisys China team.
