China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources, a company engaged in the exploration, development, mining and processing of fluorite, and nonferrous metals in China, has announced that production has increased at its fluorite processing plant at its Xiangzhen Mining Plant, located in Inner Mongolia.
The current processing capacity is approximately 500 tons per day. The average grade for refined fluorite powder is above 96%, and the recovery ratio is approximately 70%. Recently the company has begun shipping some of its qualified refined fluorite powder from the Xiangzhen Plant to its clients in Ning Xia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region, in the west of China.
Jessica Yu, the company's chairwoman and CEO, stated that they are very encouraged with the refined fluorite powder production results and believe the steady increase will continue for the remainder of this year. They are committed to protecting, developing and utilizing the abundant and valuable fluorite resources in the north of China.
