Digital River has signed an e-commerce agreement with BenQ, a top worldwide manufacturer of computer peripherals and consumer electronics, specializing in LCD displays and monitors, and DLP projectors for business and home entertainment.
Digital River recently built and launched a U.S. direct-to-consumer online store and is hosting the e-commerce operations and managing the online sales for the BenQ U.S. site as well as supporting physical delivery of BenQ products.

Based on the agreement, Digital River is providing online order management and physical product fulfillment for select BenQ products. The BenQ e-commerce site uses Digital River's physical fulfillment solution, which automatically determines the optimal warehouse source for physical product delivery based on multiple factors, such as real-time inventory status, cost of goods and shipping costs, through an intelligent sourcing engine. In addition, Digital River is providing BenQ with 24X7 customer service and fraud prevention screening.
