Kodak is opening a second production line for its Xiamen printing plate manufacturing facility to enhance the company's manufacturing capacity for offset products.

China Technology Development Group Corporation, a provider of solar energy products and solutions in China focusing on a-Si thin-film technology, has announced that its current production line has successfully produced SnO2 base plates which meets the advanced specifications desired for commercial sales.

A representative surnamed Sun from All-China Federation of Trade Unions told local media that ACFTU would ask Xiamen Topstar Lighting Co. Ltd, a joint venture company of General Electric in Xiamen, China to rectify its work hours and fulfill payment to employees for overtime work.
